The examples provided in class are given for a reason. If you known how to do the questions, and understand how to do the questions, you will do very well on the given exams.

To be honest, I hated physics 20 and 30, Now, I am in first year university and very grateful for everything Mr Makar taught me and for how much it is helped me down the line. His class is very hard, and requires and lot of time and energy - but it will be nothing but help in the future. For reference, I’m first year undergrad for a science degree and am head and shoulders above my peers (especially those who aren’t from alberta).

He doesn't know anybody's name even at the end of the year, make sure to participate in class and come to tutorials if you want a chance at success. He doesn't listen to your questions and gives very vague answers so good luck... If you want to do well make sure to look at everything he posts on D2L (at least that's a good thing, he posts everything online)
