Very Good Teaching

Although he began the year teaching the first topic well, it becomes harder to comprehensively learn the curriculum throughout the year. He generally is not aware when the class does not understand and does not really make an effort to use the textbook and other resources. His method of teaching is reading other teachers' powerpoints or documents. He struggles to effectively communicate with the class, often goes off-topic whilst teaching and takes a while to get back, leaving the class confused. Would be better suited to teaching lower school.
