Don't be a silly sausage or sneaky sod, and do whatever boekelaar tells you to do. Make sure to follow his very important keys to life.

I had Mr Beokelaar for Chem 11, and my main tips would be to understand that doing well in chemistry comes only with practice to master skills, and also to know that if you don't understand something its important to chase it up, and that Mr Boekelaar will happily go in depth to explain and make sure you understand,

study the topics (like online or something) before you even learn them in class! he expects way too much and always picks on people to answer questions and gets mad if they don't know the answer

Honestly one of the best Chem teachers I've ever had. He takes some getting used to cause his teaching style and just general manner is pretty out there but once you get to know him he's a great bloke, who's willing to go the extra mile to help you, and I personally learnt very well in his class.
