For both property and equity/trusts, a lot of the material will not make sense. This is normal, it doesn't make sense to anyone. Just remember that equity is not common law, so the technical aspects can seem odd.

Some of the above multiple choice were off. Glen doesn't "almost always" provide resources - you get 100-200 page slides each week, plus a plain text version, and full chapters of his textbook, all on blackboard from the start. Then there's the 2 hour(ish) podcast lecture.
